Services

The work between
the factory gate and your licence.

Five service packages, each with defined deliverables and a written responsibility split. This is what our export mandate actually commissions — and what the service fee pays for.

Services are rendered to the appointed partner and to the manufacturer. We do not sell the goods themselves, and we do not invoice for the goods.

Coverage at a glance

Which package covers which phase.

Compare the five packages before reading any detail. Most mandates start with registration and add the export leg once the first market opens.

01

Registration & market access

The longest lead item and the one that decides everything else. We prepare the filing, answer the authority, and stay in the file until the certificate is issued.

  • Dossier compiled to the destination authority's format, not a generic template
  • CPP, FSC, GMP and free-sale documentation obtained from the manufacturer and legalised as required
  • Artwork and labelling adapted to local language and regulatory text
  • Written responses to deficiency letters, with the manufacturer's technical team on the thread
Deliverables
Complete filing package, query responses, approved artwork, registration certificate copy
Typical timeline
6–18 months, market dependent
Not included
Government fees, local agent charges, clinical or bioequivalence studies

We do

Compile, translate, file, answer queries, coordinate legalisation

Manufacturer does

Release technical data, sign documents, host inspections

You do

Hold the licence, act as local agent, pay statutory fees

02

Quality & batch release

Biologicals are released batch by batch. We make sure the paperwork that travels with the goods matches the batch that was actually released — the single most common failure point in plasma exports.

  • Certificate of Analysis and batch release certificate verified against the consignment
  • Batch numbering, expiry and quantity reconciled before shipment booking
  • CoA and release documents issued in the language your authority accepts
  • Deviation and complaint handling routed to the manufacturer's QA within agreed timelines
Deliverables
Batch document set, CoA, release certificate, deviation log
Typical timeline
5–10 working days per batch
Not included
Re-testing, re-labelling, release by your own qualified person

We do

Verify, reconcile, translate, issue the document pack

Manufacturer does

Release the batch, issue CoA, investigate deviations

You do

Confirm receipt against documents, report temperature or quality events

03

Export packing & handover

Our responsibility ends at the airport in China, not at your border. We validate the packing, move the consignment from the plant to the port of departure at 2–8 °C, and hand it over against a signed protocol with the temperature record attached.

The international leg, the insurance and the delivery to your warehouse are yours to book. We state the handover point this plainly because a cold-chain claim only holds when both sides agree where accountability transferred.

  • Packing configuration validated per route and season, against the transit time you are actually booking
  • Data-logger placement defined and recorded per consignment
  • Domestic cold-chain movement from the factory to the airport or seaport, booked and monitored by us
  • Handover protocol signed at acceptance, so temperature accountability transfers on a single document
Deliverables
Packing specification, domestic transport booking, temperature record up to handover, signed handover protocol
Typical timeline
Packing validation 2–3 weeks; domestic movement 1–3 days per order
Not included
International freight, cargo insurance, destination clearance, destination storage

We do

Define the packing, move the goods to the port, hold the temperature record, sign the handover

Manufacturer does

Pack and release under validated conditions

You do

Book the international leg, insure the cargo, clear and receive at destination

04

Export clearance & inspection

We clear the goods out of China. The import side belongs to your importer of record. Export declaration, inspection and the certificate set that travels with the consignment are finished before the truck reaches the port, so nothing waits on a desk while a storage clock runs.

  • Export declaration and inspection filed at the Chinese port of departure
  • Export sales certificate, GMP certificate and CPP legalised where the destination requires it
  • HS classification agreed with you before the first booking, so our declaration and yours match
  • Original documents couriered to you or your broker, with the scanned set sent ahead
Deliverables
Export declaration file, inspection release, legalised certificate set, document courier record
Typical timeline
3–5 working days per consignment once documents are complete
Not included
Import permits, destination duties and taxes, destination inspection, demurrage

We do

Declare the export, clear inspection at the Chinese port, courier the originals

Manufacturer does

Provide origin, manufacturing and free-sale documentation

You do

Hold the import licence, act as importer of record, pay duties at destination

05

Tender & commercial support

Public procurement is won on documents. We assemble the authorisation letters, credential files and localised literature that a tender authority expects to see, in the format it expects.

  • Manufacturer authorisation letters issued per tender, per lot
  • Credential file: GMP, CPP, registration, financial and reference-shipment evidence
  • Product literature localised into the tender language
  • Bid timeline tracked against the authority's calendar
Deliverables
Authorisation letters, credential file, localised literature, bid calendar
Typical timeline
10–15 working days per bid, or per standing file
Not included
Bid bonds, performance guarantees, pricing decisions

We do

Assemble, authorise, localise, track

Manufacturer does

Sign authorisations, confirm capacity and lead time

You do

Submit the bid, hold the local licence, manage the contract

How the fee works. wanyoda is paid a channel-development and export service fee by the manufacturer and, where agreed, a service fee by the appointed partner for registration and tender work. We do not take title to the goods and we do not earn a margin on the product. Goods are invoiced by the manufacturer to the buyer. This is stated here because it is the clearest answer to the question every buyer asks: whose side are you on?
Scope

Tell us the market and we will scope the work.

A scoping note listing the registration route, timeline and responsibility split for your market is issued before any agreement.
