Territory appointment

Become the partner
of record in your market.

We appoint one partner per product per territory, and we put the terms in writing before the first consignment: boundary, exclusivity, term, annual minimum, and our commitment not to sell around you.

If you already distribute biologicals and hold 2–8 °C infrastructure, the qualification step is short.

Selection criteria

What we look for.

Use this list to self-qualify before you spend time on an application.

✓Current pharmaceutical or biologicals import and distribution licence in the target market
✓Validated 2–8 °C warehousing and last-mile distribution, or a named qualified partner
✓Documented access to hospitals, haemophilia centres, CDC, public tender or a specialty chain
✓Annual purchasing capacity above the category threshold for the product applied for
✓No material regulatory sanction or licence suspension in the past three years
✓A named regulatory affairs contact able to file and answer the authority
What appointment includes

What you get.

Specific commitments, not a partnership brochure.

Territory protection

No second appointment in your territory during the term and no direct sales into your accounts, both written into the appointment letter.

Registration support

Complete dossier, artwork adaptation, written responses to regulator queries, and in-person support at defence where the authority requires it.

Tender support

Bid documents, localised literature, authorisation letters and credential files prepared to your tender format.

Market support

Samples for evaluation, product training for your medical team, academic material and joint presence at regional exhibitions.

Supply commitment

Capacity reserved against your forecast, agreed lead times and batch-level traceability on every consignment.

Cooperation models

Four ways to hold a market.

The right model depends on your licence scope, your tender exposure and how much of the registration work you want to carry.

MODEL 01

Exclusive territory

One partner, one product, one territory. Annual minimum and reporting obligations apply; in exchange, no second appointment and no direct sales.

MODEL 02

Non-exclusive distribution

Appointment without exclusivity. Suitable where the market is large enough for several channels or where volume is not yet predictable.

MODEL 03

Project / tender based

Appointment scoped to a defined tender or programme. Documents and authorisation letters are issued per bid, not per year.

MODEL 04

Hospital direct supply

Supply to a named hospital group or centre, delivered through a local logistics partner who holds the distribution licence.

Application process

Five steps from application to appointment.

Application

Licence, company profile, cold-chain arrangement and target products. One form.

Qualification

Document check against the criteria above. Five working days.

Video review

Product walkthrough, registration position, territory terms and volume.

Trial consignment

First shipment under standard terms, with full documentation.

Step five — appointment. The territory letter is issued after the trial consignment clears, naming the boundary, the exclusivity position, the term and the annual minimum. Nothing in the appointment is verbal.
Application

Start with the market you already hold.

Send your licence and the product you want. You will get a named channel manager, not a shared inbox.
